I have lived in Chico since graduating from CSU, Chico some 40 years ago. My wife, Loyce, and I raised our three children here in this beautiful community. My family and I personally enjoy the active lifestyle that this area offers – from Chico's vibrant downtown to beautiful Bidwell Park and nearby Lake Almanor and Lassen National Park – there is truly much to appreciate.
