After graduating from CSUC and teaching school in Australia I began working in real estate in 1978. I have helped hundreds of buyers invest in their first home, move up home, and investment properties. Currently it is a buyer's market and there will be many terrific buying opportunities in the coming months. Prices have come down and Interest rates are near 40 year lows. There are some terrific bargains among the many foreclosures and bank owned properties. And now, for the first time in years, there are building lots available at reasonable prices for those interested in building their own home.
